My Weight Loss and Body building process

I started at Monday 14 July (Initial weight about 208 lb)

I am 5 feet 10 inches tall (a.k.a 178 cm)

Morning Exercise : swimming or walking for about 40 minutes to 60 minutes
Always small breakfast .
Moderate lunch of vegitables and meat.
No dinner
Almond or fruit snacks
40 minutes intensive weight training or cardio
Absolutely no outdoor eating
Only drinking water or fresh juice

Current weight on Thursday 24 July : 194 lb

Current weight on Thursday 8 August : 187 lbs

Current weight on Thursday 28 August : 180 lbs

Now ,, my diet is beginning to stabilize , although my cravings are getting stronger (The good thing is that my will is still strong and no junk food so far)
The bad side that I had an injury in my chest bones during exercise and I cuttoff exercise for about a week (I'll try to replace the exercise by walking or running for now until my recovery)


Current weight on Thursday 11 August : 180 lbs

Current weight on Thursday 18 August : 176 lbs

I have been eating more than usual these days and i haven't started exercise again since my injury . I am looking into getting back to regular exercise next week
